As a founding director of Macksey Rush, Bernard brings an impressive 40 years of experience in architectural practice, including more than a quarter of a century devoted to specialising in educational projects. Throughout his career, he has amassed a diverse portfolio featuring numerous award-winning projects across south-east Queensland, serving both the public and private sectors.

Bernard boasts a well-established track record in project delivery and design articulation. He embraces a hands-on approach to each endeavour, facilitating successful and timely project completion while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Bernard is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects and is an examiner for the Board of Architects Queensland.
