Ben is an experienced BIM Manager at Macksey Rush Architects, bringing more than 30 years of architectural expertise and over two decades delivering education infrastructure across Queensland. A recognised leader in digital design, he specialises in BIM strategy, team leadership, and multidisciplinary coordination from concept through to construction.

An early adopter of BIM and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Ben is passionate about advancing industry knowledge and collaborative workflows. He has contributed to BIM education initiatives, developed reference materials, and played a role in shaping Australia’s NATSPEC BIM standards.

At Macksey Rush, Ben leads BIM implementation, develops protocols and Revit content libraries, and mentors teams to drive consistency and innovation. His approach combines technical excellence with clear communication, ensuring high-quality digital outcomes across every project.
