Sarah joined Macksey Rush in 2008 and has played a significant role in the practice’s growth, becoming a Director in 2023.
She is involved across all stages of a project, from initial client discussions and design development through to contract administration and completion. With experience working in Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Germany, Sarah brings a considered and practical approach to her work. She works closely with not-for-profit organisations and within the education sector, supporting projects that respond thoughtfully to the needs of their communities and consistently satisfy clients’ high expectations.
Sarah places strong value on clear communication and building positive working relationships, recognising their importance in achieving well-resolved design outcomes. She works collaboratively with clients, consultants, and project teams to support a smooth and effective process.
Outside the practice, Sarah contributes to the broader community through mentoring schemes and has held leadership roles on the School Board of All Hallows’ School and as Chair of the All Hallows’ Foundation Board.
